Deutche Bank CSR Team conducts teaching sessions for students of SSRVM Dharavi School & a Training Program for Teachers!
For Students :
Special teaching sessions for students of Dharavi School were conducted by the Deutsche Bank CSR team. The sessions involved teaching subjects, for which the students required special attention. The teaching session were held at the Dharavi School premises. The sessions were spread over 2 Saturdays during August. 14 members of Deutsche Bank CSR Team participated in this event.
For Teachers :
To improve the quality of teaching at the school, a 'Performance Management Process' has been designed for school teachers. During implementation of this process, training requirements for teachers were identified. Accordingly, a Soft Skills Training Program was conducted at Deutsche Bank office, at Nirlon Park, for 18 teachers by one of the Deutsche Bank CSR staff. The training was very well received by all teachers. This is a big step towards improving people talent within the school staff and will go a long way in supporting our school's effort to strengthen its four pillars - People, Process, Operating Plans and Strategy/Governance.
Further, Dharavi School Teachers were felicitated by Deutsche Bank on the occasion of Teachers' day! A nice gesture to appreciate the Teachers for their ongoing commitment to the Dharavi school & its children!

“Teachers need to know that human physiology and human nature are very similar to atomic structure. Like in an atom, the central part is positive. The electrons or negative charge, are only on the periphery. Any negativity you find in a child is really on the periphery.”
